Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. After you book, we email you a booking code. You only need this code to check or change your booking.
When do I pay?
You pay by card at the end of the booking, on Kashier's safe payment page. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. We never see or keep your card details.
Which currencies can I pay in?
EGP, EUR and USD. Each trip has a fixed price in all three, so there is no conversion. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do you offer hotel pickup?
Yes, from hotels in Hurghada. Choose hotel pickup when you book and tell us your hotel name and room number.
How much do children and infants pay?
On shared boats, children have a lower price and infants go free. Infants do not count toward the boat limit. A private boat has one price for the whole boat.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact us with your booking code and we will help you.
